Performance - Chassis and Suspension
To ensure a comfortable off-road ride,the D-MAX BLADE has been upgraded with a lift courtesy of new suspension components, including 35-mm MTV twin-tube dampers, and a larger wheel and tyre package. These enhancements give the vehicle greater chassis control and off-road capability, without compromising 3.5-tonne towing. These enhancements also provide an improved turn-in response and increased driver confidence with greater vehicle stability across a variety of terrain.

Wheels
The 275/65R17 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac RT all-terrain tyres, exclusive to this D-MAX model, have been designed to be strong and durable.
The superior traction and stability these tyres offer will improve the vehicle ride in on-road, off-road and wet weather situations, while the triple-ply sidewall offers puncture resistance when off-roading.

Recovery Points and Bash Plate
This vehicle is built for going further than ever before and sometimes that means you get yourself into ‘sticky’ situations. The reinforced single piece recovery point frame with a load rating of 8-tonnes helps you get unstuck
when you’ve found the limit, while the 3mm-thick steel bash plate protects vital components during each adventure.

Bolder, wider and taller, the D-MAX BLADE is our toughest looking D-MAX yet with an aggressive aesthetic emanating from the satin black grille, and a wider stance courtesy of contrasting fender flares and the fitment of wider wheels and tyres. An integrated lightbar lights up the road ahead, with a light throw of over 300 meters, while the signature red bash plate with rated recovery points provide a distinctive look. The tubular side steps and lightweight extended-leg sports bar, not only give a sportier look but those side steps offer better clearance and durability on tougher surfaces. In addition, each D-MAX BLADE is fitted with special black badging and decals on
